MUSHROOM CURRY

INGREDIENTS

10 large mushrooms, quartered

1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

2 tablespoons onion paste

1 teaspoon tomato puree

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

3 tablespoons of curd

1/4 of garam masala

1 tablespoon of oil

2 tablespoons of chopped coriander to decorate

salt to taste

First of all, we have to take a non-stick pan.

When the pan gets a little hot, we should add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoon of oil.

Grease the pan well with oil.

Now add the ginger garlic paste and the onion paste.

We need to sauté it for 40-45 seconds over medium heat.

The ginger, garlic and onion pasta is very well cooked.

Now we will add 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder and about a teaspoon of tomato puree.

We have to cook it for 15-20 seconds.

Our pasta is ready.

Now we will add 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon of five-spice powder (garam masala), and cook it for one to a minute and a half.

We can add a little water to the mix if necessary.

Once the mixture is hot, we can add the mushrooms. Next, we add salt to taste.

We need to cook the curry over medium heat until the mushrooms are not cooked properly.
