Eventually get excited and buy a product that is supposed to teach them how to start a work from home business, but what do they do with it?
Too many people buy a program with the intention of starting their work from home, but leave the eBook on their hard drive or put the nice new box they ordered on the kitchen table… and just stare at it. Somehow, they are under the impression that in order to start and run a successful work from home, all they have to do is own the program and the cash will start falling from the sky.
When they don’t miraculously start making money, they label the product or program as garbage or a scam. In truth, almost every work-at-home program sold will work if you put enough effort into it.

Every year tens of thousands of people request a product that will teach them how to start and run a profitable work from home business, but when they realize they actually have to work to make it happen. The vast majority of people just toss the product to the side and yell SCAM.
If you want to quit your day job and start your own work from home job, you need to be prepared to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Don’t be fooled by the hype that says you can earn thousands of dollars every week putting in less than 20 minutes of work per day. Ok, it is possible to do that, but you have to realize that that type of business only comes after years of hard work on your part. Eventually, you could outsource every aspect of the business, from product creation to advertising to website management, but this won’t happen from day one.
If you have a regular job, you can start slowly and spend a few hours a day working on your business. Then, when the income from your Internet business exceeds that of your regular job, you can consider quitting your regular job and focusing your efforts on your business.
If you are someone who does not have a regular job and needs to make money as quickly as possible, you need to understand that you should treat your business as you would a job. A couple of hours a day will not generate the income you need, so be prepared to set up a full-time schedule.
Understanding what is involved in starting and operating a profitable home-based business is a step you need to take. So you need to stick with it. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will your work from home. The biggest secret to making a comfortable living from your efforts is to really put in the effort. If you buy a product that teaches you how to start your business but all you do is watch it, you won’t be successful and over time you’ll simply give up the idea or, worse yet, become a professional opportunity seeker. Career seekers are the kind of people Internet marketers love. They buy a product but never do anything with it, then they buy another and another in an endless vicious cycle. Don’t waste money on program after program, find one you like and put in the effort to make it work.
