Spartan Tool Houston is proud to offer a wide variety of new and used drain cleaning tools and equipment. We carry everything from drum machines to sewer inspection cameras, nozzles and cutters, as well as many other plumbing machine tools you may need to get the job done right.
All equipment sold by Spartan is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this limited warranty. This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser. This limited warranty covers mechanical breakdown only, and does not cover any damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse. It does not cover any labor charges to replace or repair the equipment. This limited warranty does not apply to replacement parts or accessories unless specifically provided for in this limited warranty. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, are excluded from this limited warranty except to the extent that they may not be legally exempted in your state of purchase.
The original purchaser of the equipment covered by this warranty will receive a refund for the purchase price of the equipment less the use fee and other costs described in the Buyer’s Order if, within two years of the date of delivery of the equipment to Customer, any component part or assembly covered by this limited warranty is found to be defective. Spartan Equipment will perform the repair or replacement work on its own facilities at no charge to the original retail purchaser.

The Model 502 Machine is a motor-driven cable drum that normally contains a drain cleaning cable or snake and is adapted to drive the snake in and out of drains and pipes to open blockages in such lines. Plaintiffs allege that the Model 502 Machine infringes three patents owned by Emerson Electric Co. and licensed to Ridge Tool Company.
