Do you wonder why with all the exercise and diet you do you are not seeing results? But why is it that when you finally lose weight, it comes right back? Well, the secret to overcoming this battle is no more exercising and dieting. They are positive thoughts! Thoughts create reality and since you are the creator of your thoughts, YOU create your reality. Now I guess the reality you want is a healthy, energetic, driven and sexy person, so let’s explore how this can be achieved.

Scenario 1: You’re in line at Dunkin’ Donuts dreaming about how good and satisfying that vanilla cream-filled donut will be behind the glass. Then you look at a young, petite, spunky girl in line in front of you ordering a latte and 2 double chocolate cake donuts and you think to yourself, “Look, she can afford to eat that because she’s young. and she has a high metabolism. I bet she doesn’t even have to work out! She’s probably looking at me thinking I don’t need to be here. Look at me, I don’t need to be eating this. Let me out of here! But wait, if she can have it, I can too and I don’t care what she thinks of me.” Then you proceed to place your order and totally enjoy your vanilla cream. However, once you’re done, you start to feel bad about eating the donut. You vow to resist the urge next time because, after all, you hate your looks and you have to do something about it.

Now, let’s flip the script and turn these thoughts on their head.

Scenario 2: You are starring in the vanilla cream behind glass oblivious to others. You say to yourself, “Hmmmm, vanilla cream donuts are my favorite. I know it’s going to go off my diet, but if I eat half now and half tomorrow, I’ll stay on track. Damn.” , eating half is not.” I am not going to gain weight. Yes, that’s what I’m going to do!” You order and after eating half of the donut you think: “Hmmmm, that vanilla cream was absolutely delicious. What a treat!”

You see the difference? The second scenario made you feel satisfied and happy with yourself! Now you can take those thoughts that make you feel good and manifest the reality of your slenderness. Consider this, the thoughts you have over and over become beliefs and beliefs become manifestations of your reality. That said, as long as you look fat and unattractive, you will be.

So right now watch yourself lose weight and add a little exercise to it. Before you know it, you’ll be the skinny guy/girl in line at Dunkin’ Donuts ordering whatever you want. He begins to re-educate your thoughts. Stop focusing on what you DON’T want and focus on what you DO want. You will not only start to feel better, but you will also start to look better. You’ll think to yourself, “Hey, I don’t look bad at all.” You will think this every time you see yourself and in a short time this will be your reality. When negative thoughts creep in, you’ll let your feelings be your guide to point them out and alert you to the need to replace them with good-feeling thoughts.
