From what I can see, the Intimate Expressions compensation plan looks pretty decent, though it doesn’t come down to what the company offers that makes it great. The question is how the new business seeker is going to apply their knowledge and learning PLUS, are you passionate about this company and the product it offers? Understanding and having PASSION is key… no pun intended.
