Aloo Paneer Cat

Preparation time 10 minutes

Cook time 15 minutes

For 4 people

INGREDIENTS

3 cups paneer (cottage cheese, diced)

2 cups baby potatoes, boiled

25 mm. (1 “) piece of ginger

5 to 6 green chilies finely chopped

2 tablespoons chaat masala

Juice of 1 lemon

5 to 6 tablespoons of oil

Salt to taste

FOR THE GARNISH

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Now we will prepare Aloo Paneer chaat.

The ingredients of Aloo paneer Chaat are peas, paneer, aloo, lemon juice, ginger, chaat masala, green chili peppers, and salt.

We will take a frying pan and for 2 teaspoons of oil in it. Spread the oil by lifting the pan and stirring it very gently.

Put the cottage cheese cubes in the pan.

Fry until golden brown, while stirring gently.

When it is golden, take it to a plate.

Keep a tissue paper on the plate before adding the cottage cheese, so that the tissue paper soaks through the oil.

Now in the same pan, we could put the potatoes. You can also choose to put a little oil, if necessary.

Stir them while frying until the baby potatoes turn reddish brown.

Now we will take them on a plate. The plate would have a tissue on it, to soak up the oil.

Keep baby potatoes boiled before you start so that they fry quickly.

Now we will add ginger to the pan, spread it well and then add the peas.

Then we can skip it a bit.

Next, we add chaat masala to the mix, followed by green chili and lime juice.

We’ll skip the mix more.

Then we will add the baby fries that we had reserved to the mixture.

This would now be ready in no time. We can turn off the gas.

Next, we will add cottage cheese cubes to the mix. Mix well.

Now, we will add salt to taste.

Now we can have this in a bowl.

The Aloo Paneer Chat is now ready to be served.
