Anugraha Reiki is one of the many spells in the popular Reiki Folkestone healing system. Reiki is based in Japan, where the practice was developed by a Tendai Buddhist named Mikao Usui in 1922. He is said to have discovered the methodology after a 21-day retreat on Mount Kurama.

There are now different forms of Reiki and each of them provides alternative ways to bring spiritual healing. One of them is Anugraha Reiki, which is a magical healing art that originated in India. The word “Anugraha” means Grace, which is considered as one of the five functions of the Divine that ultimately leads to Liberation or “Mukti”. Anugraha can also refer to the Power of Revelation. On another level, the word can also be related to Mercy. A Diksha or attunement is given to help activate parts of the brain that are rarely used.
The second level of Anugraha Reiki Folkestone focuses on healing others. An advanced type of meditation is also taught. A kind of special mantra used to invoke presence is taught along with methods of doing healing work both through private means and at a distance.
Anugraha Reiki Folkestone Third Degree Attunement involves teaching the esoteric use of critical Reiki symbols which can be used for different means such as planetary projection, meditation, altering time or space, bridging between worlds of life and death, and facilitating the transition process. For a student to achieve success and qualify for the third degree of teaching, he or she should already be comparatively free of his or her own physical and mental suffering.
