Do you want to know how to burn fat? Here are five great tips
to help you do it! It is easier than you think!

We trust you had a great vacation, but at this time of year always
many of us say that what we received was not food that
burn fat, but a few extra and unwanted pounds.
And now we want to know how to get rid of them.

Yes, as we have talked about before, the holidays
seems to be an excuse for people to overindulge with their food
indulgences. Well now that we’re towards the end of the
Vacation, it’s time to start over.

To be simple, I want to start by saying this.

The ONLY way to burn fat is through AEROBIC exercise.

That means it’s time to get on the bike, on the treadmill, on the stair master,
elliptical trainer, in the pool or on the road with your best
running shoes. YES, although increasing your lean muscle mass
ANAEROBIC weight training can increase your metabolism, but
most of the fat your body will burn is going to happen
through AEROBIC exercise.

I wanted to give everyone some advice when they return to
the gym … hopefully in the next day or two!

1) If you go to a commercial gym, make sure you are
familiar with all machines. DON’T be ashamed to ask
Someone from the gym staff a question or two. Trust me, it’s a lot less embarrassing than having them call a
ambulance because he misused the machine and hurt himself!

2) The most important thing to remember when exercising with
weights is to focus on your shape. The number one reason people
injured while exercising is that they have a wrong shape.
Again, if you are unsure of your form, ask a coach or member of your gym staff.

3) The number two reason for injuries is that people use too much
weight. Let’s not worry about breaking world records just yet!
If you hurt yourself you defeat the whole purpose of why
they are working first. It is quite difficult to exercise
with a cast or brace on the arm or leg, based on my personal experience.

4) Another key here is to make sure you are drinking enough
water before, during and after your workout. Bodies 300
trillions of cells need water to transport nutrients to the cell
to obtain energy and transport the by-products of the cell.

5) Lastly, always wear comfortable and supportive clothing and
footwear when exercising. It is not a fashion show like some of
Those commercials on TV would have us believe. you are
there is WORK to do! But that job is usually fun when you’re
comfortable and relaxed.

And remember not to rush in your training!

The first workouts after the holidays or when starting
the first time are always the hardest, but once you are a week
In it you will feel like a million dollars and ready to face the
New year with good prospects! Never give up. We are here
to help you with your weight loss because we believe that YOU CAN DO IT !!!!
