You may be concerned about UV damage from overexposure to the sun, which is most common on the face, neck, and décolleté.

Maybe it’s dehydration or congestion from environmental factors.

It may be that you’ve been suffering from sensitivity to ingredients in commercial skin care products, but you’re not really sure what’s causing it.

If you are looking for ways to repair and heal your skin, you can use a wide range of natural ingredients rich in essential fatty acids, fruit acids, and vitamins to heal and rejuvenate your skin.

Many natural ingredients such as oils, nuts, avocados, or other fruits can be combined to provide equal or better benefits than the active ingredients you’ll find in commercial products, but without the potential side effects.

The recipes below are specifically designed to address some specific common skin concerns. They can help repair damage and stimulate collagen production and new cell growth while moisturizing the skin.

You will notice the use of essential oils in these recipes. You can exclude them, but they can play such an important role in skin care recipes that I suggest you use them.

So here we go:

Homemade face mask recipe for sun damage

Start with a base oil that is rich in fatty acids, such as avocado oil, which also has regenerative qualities. Other oils, such as carrot seed, rosehip, and walnut oil, have anti-aging and firming properties, and are excellent for damaged or mature skin.

Make a mixture of these oils in a base of:

2 tablespoons coconut oil, calophyllum (tamanu) oil, or rosehip oil (better yet, use a mix of all three in equal parts).

Add 5 drops each of avocado oil and olive oil.

Add 10 drops of carrot seed oil and/or sea buckthorn oil. Both are rich in antioxidants (Vitamins A, C, and E) with powerful restorative benefits.

Mix these ingredients well and apply to the affected areas twice a day. This blend will absorb quickly and help protect the skin from further damage while healing what has already been done. Do this and you will see an improvement in a week and a dramatic improvement in several months.

Homemade Firming Egg White Mask Recipe

This is a very good mask for tightening and firming the skin. Prepare it the day before for best results.

A beaten egg white

1 tablespoon of red wine

3 drops of yarrow oil or bergamot oil or a teaspoon of mashed banana

Mix and let sit in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight if you have time.

Apply in a thin layer on the skin and leave on for half an hour to forty minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water and apply your favorite moisturizer.

Avocado Moisturizing Cream & Mask

This is a very rich mask that you can make fatter or drier depending on your personal preferences.

1 tablespoon almond, olive, coconut or 1 teaspoon avocado oil

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon of cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt or an egg yolk

1/2 avocado puree

Blend well, apply to the skin and leave on for between ten minutes and half an hour. Wash off with lukewarm water, then apply your favorite moisturizer.

Exfoliator for glowing skin to lighten scars

This recipe removes or lightens scars and brightens the skin by removing dead skin cells revealing smooth, fresh skin that glows.

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt or baking soda

1 teaspoon molasses (optional)

1 teaspoon finely ground oatmeal or almond flour (optional)

1 tablespoon of almond oil with a few drops of avocado oil (optional)

If you have oily or normal skin, you can add a squeeze of lemon, lime, or grapefruit juice.

Mix well and gently rub into skin; add more liquid (water or milk) if it is too dry. Rub for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Homemade Natural Exfoliating Peeling for the Skin

This recipe helps remove discoloration, smooth rough skin, and lift old, flaky skin. It stimulates the growth of new cells, it is rich in antioxidants that load the skin with protective and repairing vitamins. Use it weekly and you will see the appearance of smoother, fresher and more radiant skin.

1 tablespoon fresh pineapple

1 tablespoon papaya, melon or papaya

Some crushed berries (any berry is fine)

1 tablespoon of crushed kiwi

1 teaspoon of honey

1 teaspoon molasses (optional) or yogurt

Mix well and apply on the skin in a thick layer. leave for no more than ten minutes like this is a very Strong mask with active enzymes and fruit acids that act like a chemical peel. It is very powerful and stimulating for the skin. Use twice a week for a soft, smooth complexion.

So there are only a few skins to try. These are, as I said earlier, some very specific recipes for the skin conditions mentioned here. It can do so much more for red veins, acne, wrinkles and fine lines, age spots and much more… it’s really easy to treat almost any skin condition. Most are so simple that it’s easy to underestimate just how powerful these skins can be.
