Do you claim to be a leader in your business or in your field of expertise?

I have noticed that many people claim to be leaders, but I consider them lazy. A lazy person is someone who basically likes to give directions or directions, but doesn’t take any steps to advance himself or his business.

Does this describe you, your upline, or someone else on your Mastermind team? Here are some clues that can help you.

Leader: Praise your team and offer encouragement.

Slacker: Quick to find fault and slow to praise.

Leader: Holds himself to a higher standard than his team.

Slacker: You have a high level of expectation for your team, but it doesn’t hold up

himself / herself to that same standard

Leader: He leads by example and is a role model for his team.

Slacker – Blends in with the crowd and never takes on a leadership role

Leader: Has a deeply ingrained belief in his business and guides new teammates through the growth process (learning the business and facing obstacles).

Slacker: convince a person to join your team and then pawn them on someone else or just push them aside (called “sign and release”)

Which of these characteristics best describes you and your teammates? Be honest with yourself.

Just remember that a leader must lead and nurture others through the growth process. If he / she loses integrity and does not take action, then this same failure mentality will affect his / her teammates. A team will duplicate the actions of its leader and its leader.

Let me ask you one last time … Are you a leader or lazy?
