But however you do it, I encourage you to seriously consider doing something to get healthier. You could forgo dessert 2-3 times a week, or make it part of your daily routine to go for a walk with your spouse or partner after dinner. Not a “quiet” walk, but a brisk pace that will get your heart pumping. Aerobic exercise does not necessarily mean giving you special clothes and spending 2 hours a day of rigorous exercise. While that would be nice for you, most people today just don’t have that kind of time to spare. Which is fine, just make sure you do something and gradually increase that something to receive the maximum benefit from your efforts.
