The main themes for corporate events surprised us. We were really hoping to find dance tracks, costume tracks, or even period tracks that would be the most popular and at the top of the list for hiring cover bands, but that big band concept fell through when we realized that the BIGGER themes for corporate events had more to do with actions that take slogans and memorable music that puts them into action. Some of these ideas may surprise you, but we’ll stick with them anyway.
1 – Make it happen on Monday
If you’re in business and you know what a Monday morning at the office looks like, you may really understand this concept. They all arrive looking like their last dog died for the weekend, hating their alarm clock and asking for another chance at the cafeteria. Well it was about time, “Monday morning became everything I hoped it would be …” Can you imagine a cover band performing popular songs from the early 1960s to promote your corporate event Make it Happen? Monday?
2 – Partners of excellence
When your company embarks on a partner matchmaking program to bring teams of coworkers to the forefront of the business success team, they may understand the concept if they start it with a two-step country change. Teams of two, corporate partners on the dance floor and encouraging partners in business with a Connect Two theme of country-style dance? Does anybody want to take two steps on the dance floor?
3 – Got momentum
Just have fun with a happy drive to inspire, innovate and initiate great business developments with a corporate team of entrepreneurs, inspired to achieve with the drive to achieve your goals. Jazz tunes and a jitter bug contest may be the necessary motivation for your team.
4 – Great expectations
If you could just show up with the man in the black limo, dance the night away in a white ball gown, and date the man in the black leather bow tie, your expectations of greatness might improve … So why not? Bring the brass, the sounds of the big bands, and invite your team to show up in black ties and white dresses. Present every woman at the door with a white rose, except one … She receives a red rose, and at the end of the night, you will reveal that she is your highest expectation for next month’s sales. Corporate events allow everyone to present their best, why not present your best achievers at your event? Why not?
5 – Don’t stop believing
Travel back in time to a small town girl, a midnight train, the smell of cheap wine and perfume, a city boy and the knowledge that she can do anything. Whatever she hears she wants … Tonight motivates the corporate team players to achieve greatness and the cover band plays tunes from Journey.
6 – California Dreaming
Surfin ‘sand and Beach Boys tunes performed by a cover band with dancers maintaining an ocean beat? You know the tunes, sing, and motivate your corporate team to live, work, and do business in California.
7 – Shoot for the stars: Showtime
This is the dream team. Overcast mist, dark night, stars shining over the ballroom, and the cover band plays the moonlit misty dream songs of their youth, drenched in romance for the couples in their corporation who share the great dream of achieve higher goals, lead in excellence and achieve their greatest achievement. The Best Showtime Band brings the night in in style. A corporate event to remember …
